This is a 2009 US 1st Edition in New Mint Condition.
As far as I can find out there has not been a UK edition, or a US re-print, and second hand copies are now changing hands for $60+ in American Ebay, though it seems pretty much unknown ine

Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card.
