The UPVCSTORE Egress friction stays are engineered to provide an egress opening to support emergency escape routes. The hinge automatically resets when the window is closed, with no extra buttons or steps required. The pointed sash arm combined with a nylon end cap delivers excellent gasket compression and smooth operation. Integrated friction adjustment allows the window to stay securely open in the desired position. Constructed from premium 430 stainless steel, hinges ensure high durability and reliable performance. The anthracite grey end cap and nylon elements give the hinge a sleek, modern finish. For enhanced security, hingeguard plates or dog bolts can be added. When used with an hingeguard, the hinge can achieve PAS 24 security compliance. The hingeguard only activates during an attempted forced entry, preventing the hinge from disengaging under attack. Refunds
