How to Measure Window Width: Use a steel tape measure to accurately measure the width of your window at the top, middle, and bottom. For inside-recess fitting, use the narrowest measurement, and we recommend selecting 1 cm (10 mm) less than the actual width for a proper fit. Brackets, Headrail & Valance Installation: Our custom-made faux wood string blinds offer versatile installation with top, face, or side mounting. Fit them inside the window frame (recess) or outside on the wall (face). Secure end brackets with two diagonal screws; for wider blinds, add support brackets evenly. Slide the headrail into place, center it, and close the covers until they click. Attach the valance bar using the included valance clips, one on each end and any extras spaced evenly. Smoothly operating shutters: To operate the blinds, gently pull the cord straight down to raise them, and pull it slightly toward the center to unlock and lower. Move the cord toward the side to lock it in place. For light and privacy control, rotate the slats using the cord to open or close them as desired. Child Safety & Maintenance: For child safety, wrap the cord securely around the provided safety cleat after each use to keep it out of reach of children. The cord release device helps prevent strangulation—ensure it’s intact and reassemble if needed. To maintain your blinds, gently clean slats with a damp cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives to preserve the surface.

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
