This high-quality garden shed, hand made workshop provides a light and airy workspace. Every feature sets the building apart from others, the framing is a mighty 70 x 44mm (3" x 2") giving the building immense strength. The lockable doors are fully framed and braced. The high-grade tongue and groove 19 mm log lap cladding provides much-improved weatherproofing and longevity as well as looking very stylish! The internal working height is a minimum of 6 feet at the eaves giving a comfortable working environment for the vast majority of people; this is significantly higher than much of the cheaper competition. The floor is 16mm strong tongue and groove on 70mm x 44mm joists. The roof is 12mm tongue and groove completed with green mineral felt. The attractive two opening windows are storm-resistant, joinery quality frames glazed with 3mm glass with interchangeable positions. Doors and windows are both pre-hung for ease of assembly. All of the timber is sourced only from very slow grown, high grade, FSC approved high north pine with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee. The building is treated with a basecoat treatment ready for top coating by you immediately after installation. (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot, please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given). Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Following your order, you will be given a link to select a delivery day and you will be given base information too. if installation selected: Your building will be delivered and installed onto your prepared site on the same day. The base needs to be flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Refunds
