Do not use if You are allergic to ibuprofen, codeine, aspirin, other NSAIDs, or any ingredients. You have ever had a stomach/duodenal ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, or perforation related to NSAIDs, or you currently have indigestion/heartburn or blood in stools/black stools. You have severe heart, kidney, or liver failure; a bleeding disorder; or you are taking other NSAIDs or high-dose aspirin. You are in the last 3 months of pregnancy or are breastfeeding (risk of serious side effects in the infant; codeine can pass into breast milk). You are a known ultra-rapid metaboliser of CYP2D6 (risk of opioid toxicity from codeine). You need to drive or operate machinery and feel drowsy, dizzy, or confused after taking this medicine.
