The JBL ProFlora CO2 Taifun Inline Membrane ensures effective mixing of CO2 through the production of uniform micro bubbles within the diffuser. JBL recommend the ProFlora CO2 Taifun Inline Membrane be replaced once a year, which can be performed in just a few simple steps. To start, switch off the external filter, unscrew diffuser, replace membrane and screw diffuser together again. The use of CO2 within a planted aquarium is of great importance and helps provide the right CO2 concentration within the water for use by the aquarium plants. Carbon dioxide is the main nutrient for plants and promotes their growth. Plants use CO2 for photosynthesis and thus supply the water with essential oxygen. Refunds
