“I love the ambery, gold and brown hues of an incense rock. With this amber note made of resins, a classic in French Perfumery, I wanted to amplify the impression of warm richness in Encens Suave.” . Aurélien Guichard, perfumer and creator of Matière Première. Encens Suave Extrait by Matière Première is a more intense, rich and enveloping reinterpretation of Encens Suave, built around the depth of Somali Incense and the contrast with warm and gourmand notes.. For this Extrait version, Aurélien Guichard increased the overall perfume concentration and the dosage of Somali Incense Resin, making the composition even deeper, more textured and long-lasting.. As a guest ingredient, a contemporary Amber note composed of resins was introduced, amplifying the warmth and richness of the Incense. The original Coffee and Vanilla accord maintains the sensual and enveloping character of the fragrance, adding a dark and sophisticated gourmand nuance.. The result is an intense and magnetic Incense fragrance, where resins, Amber, Coffee and Vanilla blend into a warm, deep and long-lasting trail.. All fragrances from the house contain between 85% and 92% ingredients of natural origin and are gender neutral. The formulas are vegan and made without phthalates or colorants.
