The Spider X Holster Set is a professional hip carrying system specially designed for mirrorless cameras (and small DSLR cameras). It works on the same principle as the Spider Light Holster, but is characterised by a lower weight - without compromising on robustness and versatility The set consists of a Spider X holster made of extremely robust composite material as well as an Arca-compatible Spider Light Z camera plate and pin. The holster also has the safety lock and thus connects easy, one-handed access to the camera with effective theft protection The hip carrying systems from the manufacturer Spider Camera Holster have been specially developed for quick and intuitive access to the camera. The Spider Light Z camera plate is mounted on the tripod thread of the camera. On the camera plate there is a robust anti-twist pin made of stainless steel, with which the camera is latched into the holster from above In contrast to a camera strap, the weight of the camera is distributed across the hip area instead of on the shoulders and the spine. The Spider hip carrying system is especially suitable for professional use of mirrorless system cameras with mounted flash for example at weddings and concerts. The system is also suitable for hiking as well as street and nature photography The Spider Light Z camera plate has been specially developed for use with mirrorless cameras. Thanks to its compact design, the battery compartment of most cameras is not blocked, so the camera plate does not have to be removed for battery replacement. A quick release plate for other quick-release systems can be mounted directly on the Spider Light camera plate thanks to an additional 1/4 inch connection thread
